Ace Intl Media provides support through the client portal. This article explains how to submit, view, and manage support tickets.

Submitting a Support Ticket
To request support:

Log in to the client portal

Navigate to Support

Click Open Ticket

Select the relevant department

Describe your issue clearly and submit.

    Viewing Existing Tickets
    You can view all your open and closed tickets in the client portal.

    From the ticket area, you can:


    Check ticket status

    Read replies from support staff

      Respond with additional information

        Track issue resolution

          Providing Useful Information
          To help us resolve issues faster, include:


          A clear description of the issue

          Any relevant URLs

            Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)


            Response Times
            Support tickets are handled in the order they are received. Priority issues are addressed as quickly as possible.
